Matthew 24:36
36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Matthew 6:34
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

I was having a conversation with my wife about some upcoming plans … some of them long range plans. That conversation sparked today’s message.

So what should our approach for each day be? My last message was about the work and the long range planning that goes into harvest. On top of that, I had plans going into a heart catheter appointment in March and I was going into surgery March 14th … things can change.

All we can do each day is control the controllables. Love, pray, guide, provide, care, show grace, be productive, grow the kingdom, and if we’re blessed enough to get to wake up again the next day … repeat the process.

Make it a great day in the trenches. Be exceptional at being you.

Love,

Yancey

PS Please keep a friend of mine in your prayers. He was diagnosed with cancer recently.
