2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV

5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

I would say, if I were being completely honest, that I am having to take thoughts captive nearly every 5 minutes of every day. Would you agree with that? Men, especially have wildly tempting thoughts, and if you aren’t willing to make the intentional choice to take those thoughts captive you can quickly find yourself in a sinful situation that should have been avoided.

This is a message of encouragement! Through the power of the Holy Spirit, take your thoughts captive!
